     In 1997, my career in the mortgage banking industry began with Advantage Loans, Inc. when I was initially hired as a loan officer.  Advantage Loans, Inc. is a full service mortgage lender offering a wide variety of home financing options as well as in-house underwriting for V.A., FHA and Conventional loans, and our own closing and funding department. We offer a wide variety of home financing options, including, but not limited to, purchases, refinances, first time homebuyer programs, multi-family lending, and home equity lines of credit.  Through Advantage Loans, Inc. I have been afforded the opportunity to participate in numerous continuing education courses, both mandatory and optional. I have attended mortgage banking seminars and/or regional/national conferences to widen my client base, stay abreast of regional and national financial trends and remain up-to-date on any impacting legislation.

     Since my employment with Advantage Loans, Inc. began, I have moved up within the organization to the current position of Loan Officer and Director of Secondary Marketing.

     My personal mission statement focuses on customer service and satisfaction.  All endeavors are to accurately and professionally answer questions, alleviate concerns, provide remedial counseling regarding credit issues and ensure the probability of a win-win environment.

     My office strives for an atmosphere that makes the process of home-buying pleasant and easy for all participants.  Whether they are first-time homebuyers, newcomers to the area, investors, or homeowners looking to upgrade, my goal is to have them feel the necessary financial transactions were handled in a well-informed, professional manner.

     I have a large referral database and am always willing to provide references to potential clients.
